Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in income auditing or financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred. Previous leadership or project management experience is a plus. Additional certifications such as CPA or CIA are advantageous.
