**Immigration Consultant – Global Migration** **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Industry:** Immigration \& Global Mobility Services **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Immigration Consultant** to join our new immigration consultancy in Abu Dhabi which we are going to establish. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on international immigration and residency pathways, assessing their eligibility, preparing migration strategies, managing documentation, and supporting clients throughout the application process. We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience in **skilled migration, work visas, permanent residency and investor/business immigration**. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct detailed immigration assessments based on clients' education, professional experience, age, finances, family circumstances and career objectives. * Identify suitable immigration and residency pathways for clients. * Advise clients on visa and residency requirements, eligibility criteria and application processes. * Prepare personalized immigration strategies and case plans. * Review CVs, educational documents, employment certificates and other supporting documentation. * Coordinate and manage client cases from initial consultation through application submission and decision. * Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow\-up on applications. * Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, visa programs, government policies and eligibility criteria. * Communicate with clients professionally and provide regular updates regarding their cases. * Identify potential risks, eligibility gaps and documentation issues before applications are submitted. * Work with external lawyers, licensed immigration advisers, government authorities and other professional partners where required. * Contribute to developing internal immigration assessment processes, checklists and knowledge bases. * Support business development by conducting consultations and converting qualified prospects into clients. **Preferred Immigration Markets** Experience in one or more of the following destinations is highly desirable: * New Zealand * Australia * Canada * United Kingdom * Germany * European Union * United States Experience with **skilled migration and professional immigration pathways** will be particularly valued. Requirements * 3\+ years of relevant experience in immigration consultancy, global mobility, visa consultancy or a related field. * Strong knowledge of international immigration processes. * Excellent research and analytical skills. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills. * Ability to understand and interpret immigration policies and eligibility criteria. * Strong documentation and case\-management skills. * Ability to communicate complex immigration requirements in a simple and professional manner. * Strong client\-management and interpersonal skills. * UAE\-based candidates are preferred. * Experience working with clients from diverse nationalities is an advantage. **Preferred Qualifications** Candidates with experience, training or professional credentials related to immigration law, migration advisory, global mobility or international education are preferred.
