Full job description Globe Relocation is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Immigration Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will interact with clients seeking overseas job opportunities and visa services, guide them through available options, and assist them throughout the consultation process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities • Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations • Explain visa, immigration, and overseas employment services clearly and professionally • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication • Convert inquiries into successful applications through effective consultation • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems • Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets Requirements • Proficiency in English, Tamil, Sinhala is required • Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or consultancy is preferred • Minimum 3 months of relevant experience is an advantage • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply • Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email communication) • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment What We Offer • Fixed salary of AED 3,000 – AED 5,500 • Attractive performance-based incentives • Training and ongoing professional development • Supportive and friendly work environment • Career growth opportunities within a growing organization If you are passionate about helping people explore international opportunities and want to build a rewarding career in the immigration industry, we would love to hear from you.
