ICV Consultant

• Assist clients with ICV certification processes in accordance with applicable UAE ICV program requirements. • Prepare, review, and validate ICV calculations and supporting schedules. • Analyze financial statements, trial balances, payroll records, procurement data, and other relevant business information. • Assess local procurement, supplier spend, employee costs, investment, and other applicable ICV components. • Identify gaps in documentation and recommend corrective actions to improve ICV scores. • Support clients in understanding ICV requirements, certification procedures, and relevant guidelines. • Collect, organize, and analyze financial and non-financial data required for ICV assessments. • Reconcile ICV-related data with audited financial statements and underlying accounting records. • Prepare working papers, calculation templates, reports, and supporting evidence for certification. • Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with applicable criteria. • Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of client information. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. • Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in ICV consulting, financial analysis, audit, accounting, or business advisory. • Practical knowledge of UAE ICV certification requirements and supporting documentation. • Experience reviewing financial statements, trial balances, procurement records, payroll data, and accounting schedules. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. • Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification are an advantage.
