ICU Consultant

• Provide expert clinical leadership and direct patient care for critically ill patients, managing complex multi-organ dysfunction. • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and clinical pathways to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization. • Lead multidisciplinary rounds, collaborating with nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient management. • Interpret complex diagnostic data, including advanced imaging and invasive monitoring, to guide timely and effective interventions. • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school. • Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, or Emergency Medicine. • Board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience as an intensivist in a tertiary care setting. • Consultant level qualification • experience in managing trauma cases and ICU set-up.
