Job description

**Requirements:**
\- 3\-5 years experience in HVAC maintenance \& troubleshooting
\- Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration \& AC
\- Experience with Chillers, FCU, AHU, VRF, Split AC systems
\- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, PM schedules
\- Can read drawings, P\&ID, and do fault diagnosis
\- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
\- Ready for site work, on\-call, and shift duty
**Responsibilities:**
1\. PM and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems
2\. Filter cleaning, gas checking, leak testing
3\. Attend client complaints and service requests
4\. Maintain service reports and spare parts log
5\. Coordinate with FM Supervisor/Operations Manager
