The HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational growth, and regulatory compliance. This role plays a strategic and operational role in developing HR initiatives, managing workforce planning, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership to support business expansion, talent management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across all HR processes within a dynamic model making, exhibitions, fabrication, and production environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and offboarding • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth • Oversee workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning initiatives • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices • Manage employee performance management processes, appraisals, and development plans • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and workforce analytics • Provide guidance to management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution • Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs • Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, documentation, and HR systems • Support leadership in building a productive, compliant, and high-performing work environment • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 7 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources • Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including HR planning, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems is preferred
