Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem\-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will be the responsible person for delivery of mobility, immigration, and the visa eligibility assessments for our people into Saudi Arabia.
You will support business travelers in obtaining the correct visas to visit or bill clients within the Kingdom, while assisting our personnel and their families with work and residency permits and guiding our vendor networks by establishing best practices. Through close collaboration with vendors, Public Relations Officers (PROs), and internal colleagues, you will ensure that the overall scope is managed effectively end\-to\-end and that consistent quality is sustained. Additionally, you will coach junior colleagues on the MIE to secure operational continuity, while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline, simplify, right\-shape, and deploy AI tools as part of our regional and global HR transformation initiatives.
Your work will help ensure that our people and their families are able to move to Saudi Arabia smoothly and that those who are travelling to Saudi Arabia can do so while remaining compliant with the country’s requirements.
You will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as part of our Human Resources team. This team serves our firm by helping its members have suitable work authorization and access to benefits, ensuring risk managed and compliant travel across countries, and partnering across our FSP functions and CSP leadership to ensure compliance and to create positive in our policies.
