URGENT HIRING – HSE Safety Officer / HSE Safety Engineer (Infrastructure Projects) \| UAE
We are looking for a qualified and motivated HSE Safety Officer / HSE Safety Engineer to join our team for infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Mandatory Requirements
Applicants who do not fully meet the following requirements will not be shortlisted:
\- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects
\- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent NEBOSH certification (Mandatory)
\- Proven experience in one or more of the following:
\- Street Lighting Projects
\- Tunnel Projects
\- LV/MV Substations
\- Infrastructure Utilities Projects
\- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, municipality requirements, and applicable safety standards
\- Experience in:
\- Risk Assessments (RA)
\- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
\- Toolbox Talks
\- Site Safety Inspections and Audits
\- Incident Investigation and Reporting
\- Ability to prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports
\- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
\- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
\- Must be currently available in the UAE
\- Available for immediate joining or within a short notice period
Key Responsibilities
\- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, client requirements, and UAE regulations
\- Monitor daily site activities and enforce safe work practices
\- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and routine site inspections
\- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
\- Coordinate with project teams to ensure the safe execution of works
\- Prepare HSE reports and maintain all required documentation
\- Participate in client, consultant, and internal HSE meetings and inspections
\- Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites
Salary \& Benefits
\- AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
