Job description
• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems tailored to project-specific needs, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Lead incident investigations, analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence and enhance overall safety performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on HSE best practices, fostering a culture of safety awareness and compliance across all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 15 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Certification in HSE management (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is essential to demonstrate expertise in health and safety principles.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety management systems in complex environments.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
• Maximum age limit is 49 years
• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
Managerial and SR. Positions:
• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
