HSE Officer

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans on site. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices. Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers. Monitor work permits, risk assessments, and method statement compliance. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports. Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all site personnel. Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation. Monitor emergency procedures and ensure site readiness. Conduct safety audits and follow up on safety observations. Promote a strong safety culture across the project. Diploma / Bacheloru2019s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience as HSE Officer in construction projects . Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred. Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and regulations. NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification is preferred. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to conduct safety training and site inspections. UAE construction experience is an advantage.
