• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recognized HSE qualification such as NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or an equivalent certification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
• Previous experience in airport or airside projects will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessment techniques, incident investigation, and Permit-to-Work systems.
• Strong communication, observation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in preparing HSE reports, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety documentation.
• Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
