HR Recruiter

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding. • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements. • Create and publish job advertisements on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and qualifications. • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads. • Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process. • Conduct reference checks and assist in the selection and offer process. • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation. • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. • Ensure timely closure of open positions while providing a positive candidate experience. • Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management. • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Experience hiring for FMCG, Trading, Manufacturing, Production, Retail, or Supermarket sectors is preferred. • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals. • Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines. • Good organizational skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with UAE labor market and recruitment practices is an advantage. • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred(14 days)
