HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in Dubai that is looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, has a strong understanding of payroll and employee lifecycle management, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes. Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave management, deductions, and end-of-service settlements. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation. Support visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law. Administer employee benefits, leave and attendance while acting as a key point of contact for HR-related queries. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures and local labour regulations. Prepare HR reports and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations. Proven experience in HR Operations and Payroll within the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll processes. Experience managing the full employee lifecycle. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, hands-on and solutions-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
