Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to oversee the daily HR operations for our UAE business. The successful candidate will have solid experience managing HR administration, visa processing, employee relations, labor law compliance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation within a diversified or conglomerate business environment. Candidates with experience in large UAE groups operating across multiple industries such as construction, real estate, landscaping, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, interior fit-out, or engineering will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR operational activities. Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and offboarding. Maintain employee files and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and UAE regulations. Prepare HR reports and monthly dashboards. UAE Labour Law & Compliance Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Maintain employment contracts and amendments. Handle disciplinary cases and employee grievances. Support HR audits and compliance activities. Visa & Immigration Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. Process Emirates ID applications and renewals. Coordinate medical fitness and labor approvals. Liaise with PROs and government authorities. Ensure all employee documentation remains valid. HR Administration Maintain HRIS records with complete accuracy. Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime, and employee records. Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and employment verification letters. Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance department. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate interview schedules. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Complete onboarding documentation. Conduct employee induction. Employee Relations Respond to employee HR inquiries. Support employee engagement activities. Conduct exit interviews. Assist managers with HR-related matters. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience within the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law. Hands-on experience with UAE employment visa processes. Experience coordinating with government authorities and PROs. Experience using HRIS/ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from diversified UAE group companies with experience across sectors such as: Real Estate Construction Interior Fit-Out Landscaping Manufacturing Hospitality Retail Facilities Management Engineering Developer/Contracting Organizations Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of UAE HR Operations experience Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law Hands-on experience with employment visas, Emirates ID, MOHRE processes, and HR administration Experience working in diversified or conglomerate organizations Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
