HR and Accounts Associate

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented HR \& Accounts Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in both human resources and financial operations, providing a unique opportunity to gain exposure to core business functions. **Key Responsibilities:** Human Resources: * Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Help maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Support onboarding and induction process for new employees. * Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. * Help with attendance tracking and leave management. Accounts: * Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel). * Support in invoice generation and billing process. * Help in reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial reports. * Maintain records of petty cash and assist with expense management. * Support in preparing tax and compliance documentation. **Education:** Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields. **Skills Required:** * Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with accounting or HR software is a plus. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
