The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Carry out daily housekeeping duties in assigned guest rooms, corridors, back\-of\-house areas, service pantries, stairways, lift landings, and public areas in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and Jumeirah standards to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation. * Maintain guest rooms by replacing linen, replenishing amenities, inspecting room facilities, providing turndown services, and responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, calls, and complaints to deliver an exceptional guest experience. * Perform routine and deep cleaning activities, including bathrooms, furniture, closets, fixtures, and other assigned areas, ensuring all rooms and public spaces are clean, well\-maintained, and ready for guest use. * Ensure housekeeping equipment, supplies, and assigned areas are maintained in good working condition, while following operational standards for stock replenishment and reporting any maintenance or operational issues promptly. * Comply with all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policies and procedures, including the proper handling and reporting of lost and found items, unattended valuables, and any safety concerns. * Handle guest concerns courteously and efficiently, escalating unresolved issues to the Team Leader where necessary, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and consistently delivering Jumeirah's luxury service experience. **About you:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent (essential); a relevant vocational certificate or qualification in Housekeeping or Hospitality would be an advantage. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within the international hospitality industry. * Good understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and guest service, with the ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation in accordance with luxury hospitality standards. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional guest experiences. **About the Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where all colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
