Housekeeping

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the clinic, front of house, and recovery suites. The role supports a premium client experience by ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and ready for use at all times. * Clean and maintain clinic treatment rooms, ensuring they are prepared and reset between each patient * Maintain cleanliness of front of house and reception areas * Clean and maintain recovery suites, including sauna and cold plunge areas * Support with changing water in the cold plunge in line with SOPs * Ensure all rooms are cleaned and reset between each session * Manage towel rotation, including replacing, collecting, and preparing clean towels * Clean and maintain toilets and changing facilities to a high standard * Ensure all areas are consistently presentable and aligned with premium clinic standards * Complete all required cleaning logs, maintenance logs, and administrative records accurately and on time for compliance purposes * Ensure full compliance with DOH standards, infection control policies, and internal SOPs * Follow all hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols at all times * Support audits by ensuring all areas and documentation are inspection\-ready * Report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to management immediately * Maintain a high level of attention to detail and work efficiently to ensure quick turnaround between sessions * Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times * Maintain strict confidentiality at all times * Adhere to all Company Policies and Code of Conduct * Act as a brand ambassador, representing the Company to the highest standards at all times Work Location: In person
