Welcomes and assists guests, manages reservations, waiting lists and seating arrangements, and ensures a smooth and professional guest experience. Handles guest inquiries and concerns while coordinating with the team to maintain high service standards. Fluent in English with good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills with a friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
