You will be responsible to: · Assist customers with reservation bookings and general inquiries, in person or by phone. · Answer all telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner. · Allocate tables to guests and be always aware of table status within the venue. · Escort guests to their table and present the menus. · Ensure that all menus in circulation are in acceptable condition. · Knowledgeable of local laws and customs. · Politely inform the guest of the dress code and other regulations within the venue. · Demonstrate good knowledge of the products available to the guest. · Update customer profile data on the client database as required.
