Hostess

**Eathai Restaurant Co. W.L.L.** is looking for a polished, professional, and guest\-focused **Hostess** to join our new Marassi restaurant. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly and professionally. * Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently. * Manage reservations, waiting lists, and guest requests. * Coordinate table availability with the service team. * Provide accurate information regarding menus, restaurant facilities, and operating hours. * Monitor guest flow during peak periods. * Communicate estimated waiting times professionally. * Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. * Handle guest inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate team member. * Support management and FOH operations when required. * Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times. Requirements * Previous experience as Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations is preferred. * Restaurant/hospitality experience strongly preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, confident, and well\-presented. * Strong customer\-service orientation. * Good English communication skills. * Arabic is an advantage. * Ability to remain organized and composed during busy periods.
