Hostess

We are seeking a well\-presented, courteous, and customer\-focused **Hostess** to join our front\-of\-house team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival * Manage table reservations and organize seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction * Escort guests to their tables and present menus * Maintain an accurate waiting list and provide estimated waiting times when necessary * Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the venue and menu * Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours * Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area * Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly respond to any concerns or requests **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest\-facing hospitality role (minimum 2 year preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Well\-groomed appearance and professional demeanor * Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Currently **based in Bahrain** Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
