Home Visit Nurse

Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes. Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes appropriately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Provide appropriate nursing interventions and continuous patient support. Maintain accurate patient care records and nursing documentation. Follow healthcare, safety, hygiene, and infection-control standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure compassionate and patient-centered care at all times. B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience . Strong patient-care and clinical nursing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach. Willingness to work in a home-visit/home-care nursing environment . Candidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar .
