• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license and a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in home healthcare or a similar setting, showcasing practical knowledge and skills.
• Certification in Home Health Nursing or a related specialty to validate expertise and commitment to quality care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies to streamline patient management.
