REQUISITES:
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
a) Master s degree with specialization in education, school administration or related fields
b) Minimum 5 years previous experience in a leadership role within a school setting
d) Experience working in a school (preferably in high school) with a clear understanding of issues involved in living and working in a country other than one s own, preferred
e) Academic training and experience in the American or Canadian educational system with at least five years of successful classroom teaching
f) Experience in developing High School programs, preferred.
g) Experience in implementing the principles and current trends in High School education, curriculum, staff development, essential elements of instruction and supervision, student schedules.
h) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
i) Fluent English Speaker
