Helper cum Binding Assistant

• Assist skilled binders in preparing materials for various binding projects, ensuring all components are organized and ready. • Operate and maintain basic binding machinery under supervision, performing routine tasks like feeding paper or applying adhesives. • Perform manual binding tasks such as folding, collating, and stitching, adhering to precise specifications for quality. • Identify and report any material defects or machine malfunctions promptly to the supervisor to prevent production delays. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background. • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of printing or bookbinding processes. • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or manual labor environment. • Exhibit excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in all tasks.
