• Assist skilled tradespeople by handing them tools, materials, and equipment as directed, ensuring a smooth workflow on site. • Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up safety barriers, creating a secure and organized work environment. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete, mortar, and other construction materials, contributing to the structural integrity of projects. • Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision, performing tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening. • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational educational attainment. • Have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in a construction or general labor setting. • Hold a valid basic safety training certification (e.g., OSHA , showing commitment to workplace safety. • Exhibit strong physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
