HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

International General Transport (IGT) – Ajman, UAE IGT is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operations Manager to manage our heavy machinery operations and equipment rental activities. Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily operation, deployment, and utilization of heavy equipment. • Coordinate the rental of machinery to different companies and construction projects . • Handle customer inquiries, rental negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups. • Coordinate equipment transportation, mobilization, and demobilization. • Monitor machine availability, utilization, maintenance, and operational condition. • Coordinate with operators, drivers, mechanics, and clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Monitor rental contracts, working hours, equipment usage, and payments. • Identify new business opportunities and increase equipment rental revenue. • Ensure proper documentation and records for all equipment and rental activities. Requirements • Proven experience in heavy equipment operations and equipment rental . • Strong knowledge of construction machinery and its applications. • Experience dealing with construction companies and equipment rental clients. • Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple machines, operators, and projects efficiently. • UAE market experience and an existing network of construction/equipment rental contacts will be an advantage. • UAE driving license preferred. � Location: Ajman, UAE � Company: International General Transport (IGT)
