**Health, Safety \& Environment (HSE) Lead** **Location:** Kuwait **Experience:** Minimum 8 Years **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish and implement company and project HSE plans, procedures, and risk controls. * Lead HSE inspections, audits, training, and awareness programs. * Conduct and oversee incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures. * Coordinate construction, workshop, lifting, electrical isolation, and chemical\-handling safety activities. * Implement and monitor Permit\-to\-Work (PTW) systems. * Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are in place. * Supervise the Safety Officer and monitor HSE performance and corrective actions. * Identify and escalate serious or critical HSE risks to the Chief Operating Officer. * Prepare HSE reports and provide regular updates on safety performance. **Requirements:** * Relevant Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma. * NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent occupational safety qualification. * Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction/Industrial HSE. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead HSE role. * Strong experience in risk assessment, Permit\-to\-Work systems, incident investigation, and HSE auditing. * Good knowledge of construction, lifting, electrical isolation, and chemical hazards. * Experience implementing site HSE systems is required. * Strong English communication and HSE reporting skills. * ISO 45001 Auditor training is preferred. * Chemical\-process or workshop safety experience is preferred.
