Head of Production

Job Overview At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC. We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead and oversee all production activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of production processes, and the ability to manage teams across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities from concept to delivery. Lead, mentor, and manage production teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. Develop and implement production strategies, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with design, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless production. Monitor production budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all production operations. Identify risks, production challenges, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations. Prepare reports and updates for senior management on production performance and KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field. 8–12 years of experience in production management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and equipment. Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset. General Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment •  You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company. •  You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company. •  You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations. •  You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
