Head of Biofuels Brokerage

As Head of Biofuels, you will: • Develop your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling , and building long-term business relationships. • Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts. • Own your performance surpassing clear PnL goals. • Execute trades with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. • Engage with clients through calls, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings , ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs. • Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights. • Mentor and support the brokers on the desk. What We re Looking For: • Minimum of 6 years of experience in brokerage or physical trading (biofuels/feedstocks experience preferred, but general physical trading experience also considered). • Fluent in English (any other language is a plus). • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset. • Team management or mentoring experience preferred. • An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
