**WE ARE HIRING!** **Head of OS\&E Stores – VVIP Family** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Head of OS\&E (Operating Supplies \& Equipment) Stores** to oversee the management of kitchen equipment and hospitality operating supplies for a prestigious **VVIP Family** in Qatar. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in OS\&E stores, inventory management, or hospitality stores operations * Previous experience in a **5\-star luxury hotel, luxury resort, private household, royal family, or VVIP/VIP residence** * Strong knowledge of **kitchen equipment, cookware, china, glassware, silverware, utensils, and hospitality operating supplies** * Experience in inventory control, stock management, receiving, issuing, and asset tracking * Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office * Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills * High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality * **Currently based in Qatar** * **Must have a transferable visa with NOC** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage all OS\&E inventory, with a primary focus on kitchen equipment and hospitality supplies * Oversee the receiving, storage, issuance, and tracking of all OS\&E items * Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits * Coordinate with the Executive Chef and household departments to ensure equipment and supply availability * Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement and replacement of damaged or missing items * Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of all OS\&E assets in accordance with luxury hospitality standards **How to Apply:** Qualified candidates are invited to send their **CV** to: **** **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Work Location: In person
