1: Head Football Coach / Academy Technical Director Role Summary The Head Coach will lead all football operations, implement the academy methodology, develop players across all age groups, mentor coaching staff, and ensure high\-quality training in line with international academy standards. Key Responsibilities \* Plan and oversee the academy curriculum. \* Deliver high\-quality coaching sessions for all age groups (U6–U18\). \* Develop season plans and player development pathways. \* Conduct player assessments and progress reports. \* Mentor and supervise assistant coaches. \* Organize leagues, tournaments, and academy events. \* Communicate regularly with parents regarding player development. \* Ensure player safety and welfare. \* Coordinate with academy management on operations and growth. Required Qualifications \* UEFA A Licence (preferred) or AFC A Licence. \* UEFA Elite Youth A Licence (highly desirable). \* FIFA or AFC coaching certifications. \* Valid First Aid \& CPR Certification. \* Safeguarding Children Certificate. Experience \* Minimum 7–10 years coaching youth football. \* Experience within a professional club or football academy. \* Experience managing multiple age groups. \* Previous leadership or academy management experience. Skills \* Excellent leadership abilities. \* Strong technical and tactical football knowledge. \* Player development expertise. \* Session planning and performance analysis. \* Excellent communication skills. \* Team management. \* Organizational and administrative skills. \* Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
