As an Experienced Head Nurse, you will: • Lead and coordinate a team of 8–15 nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinic operations. • Oversee daily clinical activities, delegate assignments, and provide mentorship to nursing staff. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. • Act as a key liaison among multidisciplinary teams, supporting seamless patient journeys. • Uphold infection control, medication safety, and confidentiality protocols. • Drive continuous improvement, staff development, and implementation of best practices. Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. • DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory). • BLS Certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS Certification is a plus. • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading); Arabic language skills are an advantage. • Excellent computer literacy and comfort with digital health systems. Minimum Experience: • At least 5 years as a practicing Registered Nurse in a clinical setting (accredited facility preferred). • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Charge Nurse or in a nursing leadership role, preferably within the UAE. • Experience in nursing scheduling, delegation, and team leadership. Job-Specific Skills: • Acute/chronic disease management (respiratory, cardiac, diabetes). • Clinical skills: ECG, spirometry, wound care, immunizations, IV drug administration, venepuncture, cannulation, and emergency care. • Strong documentation, KPI data collection, and care planning abilities.
