Head - Crane Maintenance ( Mechanical )

We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate for the below mentioned position. Position: Head Central Crane Maintenance ( EOT Crane ) Reporting To: Project Head Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Location : Gulf Country Experience 15+ years of experience in crane maintenance, preferably in the steel industry, with strong exposure to SMS (Steel Melting Shop) cranes. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage central crane maintenance activities to ensure high equipment availability and reliability. • Handle maintenance of SMS cranes, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. • Plan and execute maintenance schedules, inspections and overhauling activities. • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and ensure minimum equipment downtime. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. • Coordinate with operations, projects and other maintenance teams for smooth plant operations. • Manage maintenance manpower, spares planning and maintenance costs. Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience 15+ years of experience in crane maintenance, preferably in the steel industry, with strong exposure to SMS (Steel Melting Shop) cranes.
