Hardware Engineering Lead

Role Overview PC Yume Technologies is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, and integration of high\-performance hardware systems and custom PC/embedded architecture. You will lead an engineering team through the entire product development lifecycle from board level design and component sourcing to prototyping, testing, and production deployment. Key Responsibilities * Lead the architectural design, schematic capture, and PCB layout for custom computing hardware, power delivery systems, and specialized PC components. * Oversee hardware testing, thermal management, Signal/Power Integrity analysis, and component validation to ensure high performance and reliability. * Manage, mentor, and direct a team of hardware, mechanical, and firmware engineers on product development projects. * Partner with component vendors, original design manufacturers (ODMs), and testing facilities to streamline prototyping and mass production. * Establish hardware testing protocols, compliance standards, and quality control procedures across manufacturing workflows. * Collaborate with software and firmware teams to ensure seamless hardware\-software integration and driver support. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering. * Minimum 6 years of hands\-on hardware engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or supervisory role. * Deep expertise in high\-speed digital circuit design, PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad), power electronics, and thermal design. * Strong familiarity with PC architecture, chipset design, PCIe/USB/DRAM interfaces, and hardware debugging equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). * Excellent leadership, technical problem\-solving, and cross\-functional project management skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٦٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
