RMA Technician (PC Hardware)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures in PCs, laptops, and peripherals, identifying root causes for efficient repair. • Perform component-level repairs and replacements, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies. • Execute thorough testing and validation of repaired hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Manage and track returned merchandise authorization (RMA) units throughout their lifecycle, from receipt to return. • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PC hardware repair and diagnostics. • Proficiency in diagnosing issues with various PC components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, storage, PSU). • Familiarity with diagnostic software and hardware testing tools.
