Company Name - Eden Blossom Ladies Salon Position: Hairdresser Location: Dubai, UAE (In person) Language Requirement: Russian (Required) and English Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and professional Hairdresser who is fluent in Russian and has experience providing hair care, styling, and treatment services. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of hair trends, and the ability to communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities • Perform haircuts, blow-drying, styling, and hair treatments according to client preferences. • Provide hair colouring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments, where qualified. • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products. • Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients to ensure a personalised salon experience. • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of tools and workstations. • Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients. • Stay updated on the latest hairstyles, colouring techniques, and industry trends. • Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with regular customers. • Follow salon procedures, service standards, and appointment schedules. • Experience working with international and Russian-speaking clients. • Proven experience as a Hairdresser in a salon or beauty industry. • Fluency in Russian is mandatory; basic to good English communication skills are preferred. • Strong knowledge of haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments. • Knowledge of hair colouring techniques is an advantage. • Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills. • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team and maintain high service standards.
