Guest Relations Officer / Receptionist

Job Description • Evaluate everyday status of all hotel occupancy and coordinate with various departments e.g. reservation, sales and housekeeping to ensure optimal level of guest satisfaction. • Manage and greet all guests, monitor and resolve all requests. • Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera system. • Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls. • Prepare occupancy and guests report • Maintain group and individual arrival report daily. • Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations. • Check and manage room allocation. • Determine and ensure compliance to all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests. • Coordinate and assist concierge in all services to guests and maintain knowledge on all emergency procedures and evaluate all credit limit report on everyday basis and manage room availability efficiently. • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role in UAE. • Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills
