Al-Futtaim Automotive is currently building a strong pool of talented Guest Relation Officers for future opportunities across the UAE . As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branches , providing a warm welcome, understanding the purpose of their visit, and guiding them to the appropriate team. You will play an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer journey from the moment customers enter the branch until they leave. If you are confident, approachable, customer-focused, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you. What You Will Do • Provide customers with a warm and professional welcome when entering the branch. • Identify the purpose of each customer's visit and understand their needs. • Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member. • Ensure customers with appointments are smoothly connected with the correct Sales Executive. • Support a seamless customer journey throughout their branch experience. • Ensure customers feel acknowledged and valued when leaving the branch. • Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. • Required Skills to Be Successful • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong written and spoken English. • Confident and engaging personality with the ability to build customer trust. • Professional, welcoming, and customer-focused approach. • Strong work ethic and self-motivation. • Commitment to respect, integrity, collaboration, and excellence. About the Team You will be part of the Retail Sales team , working closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and branch support colleagues. Together, the team is focused on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience throughout their visit. What Equips You for the Role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role preferably in the automotive industry . • Strong written and spoken English. • A confident, engaging, and customer-focused personality. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent service.
