Graphic Designer – Embedded Client Role (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced **Arabic\-speaking Graphic Designer** for a full\-time **Embedded Client Role** in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach while working as part of the client's team. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design and adapt creative materials across digital and print platforms, including campaigns, social media, presentations, reports, publications, infographics, and communication materials. * Create and adapt Arabic and bilingual (Arabic/English) designs with strong Arabic layout skills. * Produce visually engaging designs while following established brand guidelines. * Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines. * Respond efficiently to feedback and design revisions. * Prepare accurate, production\-ready artwork for digital and print applications. * Maintain organized files, version control, and confidentiality of project materials. **Required Skills \& Experience** --------------------------------- * Fluent in Arabic with good working knowledge of English. * Minimum **3 years** of professional Graphic Design experience, preferably in an agency, corporate, or similar professional environment. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. * Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and preferably Arabic/bilingual design work. * Strong typography, layout, composition, and visualization skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to interpret design briefs and work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. **Working Conditions** ---------------------- * Full\-time, on\-site role based in Doha, Qatar. * Work directly with the client team while maintaining coordination with the employer. * Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical design assessment as part of the selection process.
