Canapé is looking for a responsible, organised, and detail\-oriented **Graduate Accounting Trainee** to join our team as part of our three\-month Graduate Training Program. This role is ideal for a recent accounting or finance graduate who wants practical experience in day\-to\-day financial operations.This is not a traditional training programme. You will be trusted with real responsibilities while receiving guidance and support from the team. What You’ll Be Doing * Review and audit accounting books and financial records for accuracy. * Record bills, invoices, receipts, expenses, and payments in the accounting system. * Manage payroll records and assist with preparing monthly salary payments. * Check employee attendance, deductions, allowances, and overtime before processing payroll. * Organise and maintain accurate financial documents and supporting records. * Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Reconcile transactions, supplier statements, and company accounts. * Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management. * Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on missing financial documents. * Identify errors or inconsistencies and report them to management. * Coordinate with suppliers, employees, and other departments when financial information is required. * Maintain the confidentiality of company and employee financial information. Skills \& Qualities We’re Looking For * Recent graduate in **Accounting, Finance**, or a related field. * Good understanding of basic accounting principles. * Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting systems. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Organised and able to maintain clear financial records. * Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information. * Good Arabic and English communication skills. * Willing to learn, take initiative, and accept responsibility. What the Programme Offers * Three months of very low\-paid, practical training. * Real responsibilities in accounting, payroll, and financial administration. * Practical experience with financial records, reporting, and reconciliation. * Guidance and support from the Canapé team. * The possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion of the programme. Pay: RO20\.000 \- RO50\.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Muscat
