Grader Operator

Location: UAE Type: Full-Time We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Grader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating motor graders for road construction, site development, earthworks, and infrastructure projects. This role is critical in ensuring precise grading, leveling, and finishing of surfaces in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Safely and efficiently operate motor graders to perform grading, leveling, shaping, and finishing of construction surfaces. • Construct and maintain haul roads, access roads, work platforms, embankments, and other earthworks in accordance with project specifications. • Carry out final grading to achieve required elevations, slopes, drainage profiles, and surface tolerances. • Operate graders equipped with GPS machine control systems and other grading technologies where applicable. • Perform daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe and efficient operation. • Identify, report, and assist in resolving equipment defects, damage, or maintenance requirements. • Support site preparation, road maintenance, drainage works, and other earthmoving activities as required. • Maintain the grader in a clean and serviceable condition and perform basic preventive maintenance tasks. • Comply with all company HSE policies, project procedures, and local regulatory requirements. Additionally, you'll enjoy long-term career growth opportunities in an expanding organization. • Must have UAE Heavy Tractor/Heavy machinery License number 8. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grader Operator in Oil & Gas, infrastructure, reclamation or large-scale earthworks projects. • Proficient in the English language, with solid skills in speaking and reading. • GPS systems knowledge is an advantage. • Physically fit and able to work in demanding outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
