Job Description: - Core System Development: Responsible for the architecture design and core code development of the exchange partner (agent) system. - Clearing and settlement logic implementation: Leading the research and development of the rebate clearing and settlement engine, handling the flow of funds from transaction flow to rebate account, and ensuring accurate fund calculation (0 error) under high concurrency. - High-performance message processing: Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to process massive transaction order streams, design efficient asynchronous settlement and reconciliation mechanisms, and ensure the real-time performance and consistency of commission rebates. - Data consistency guarantee: Solve data consistency problems in distributed environments, optimize database transaction processing, and prevent data concurrency conflicts. - System maintenance and optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimize API response speed under the Gin framework, and be responsible for writing relevant technical documentation. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. - 3+ years of Golang development experience, proficient in Go language core features (goroutines, channels, garbage collection, etc.) - Proficient in mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM, etc.) and microservice architecture - In-depth understanding of message queue principles and use cases (Pulsar, Kafka, etc.) Proficient in relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL) design, index optimization, and SQL tuning. - Familiar with the use and performance optimization of NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB). - Understand WebSocket and RESTful API design specifications - Familiar with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Possesses good coding standards, is familiar with design patterns, and has strong code refactoring capabilities. - Familiar with Git version control and has good code review habits - Possesses strong problem analysis and solving abilities, and can withstand a certain amount of work pressure. Bonus points - Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges and clearing/settlement development - Experienced in optimizing big data, high concurrency, and low latency systems. - Possesses strong English reading skills and can read English technical documents.
