• • Career Level Manager • Experience 6 Years • Gender Male Female • Qualifications Degree Bachelor About the Position About the Role We are looking for a driven, commercially minded professional to work closely with the founder to grow and manage our sports business, including youth sports programs, school partnerships and activities for families. Key Responsibilities • Develop partnerships with schools, families, sponsors and sports organizations. • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. • Manage sports projects, programs, events and day-to-day operations. • Increase student enrolment and achieve business targets. • Support marketing initiatives, social media and brand development. • Monitor business performance, budgets and profitability. • Report directly to the founder on progress and growth opportunities. • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or a related field. • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or sports project management. • Strong knowledge of the Doha market, ideally with connections to schools and sports organisations. • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Good understanding of sales targets, budgets and basic P&L. • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and organizational skills. • Social media and marketing experience is an advantage.
