Preventive Checks: Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces regularly to catch problems early. System Upkeep: Help maintain heating, cooling (HVAC), and pool equipment. Surface Care: Do minor painting, touch\- ups, drywall patching, and carpentry work.
