Full Stack Developer — Backend Heavy

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs. • Build and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot or Node.js. • Design efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data-access layers. • Develop event-driven systems using Kafka. • Implement caching, asynchronous processing, and distributed workflows. • Integrate third-party APIs and external services. • Build frontend features using React.js / Next.js. • Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams. • Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code. • Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards. • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. • Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. We are looking for a Backend-Heavy Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience building scalable, reliable, and production-grade applications. The candidate should have strong backend engineering expertise in either Java Spring Boot or Node.js, along with hands-on experience in React-based frontend development and modern cloud-native infrastructure. Expected knowledge of services such as: • AWS EKS • EC2 • RDS • S3 • IAM • CloudWatch • ECR • VPC / networking fundamentals Docker & & Kubernetes — Mandatory • Strong understanding of Docker • Creating and managing Docker images • Dockerfile optimization • Containerized application deployments • Kubernetes fundamentals • Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets • Understanding of pods, namespaces, health checks, and resource management • Experience deploying applications on AWS EKS is a strong requirement. CI/CD — Mandatory Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions. • Strong understanding of Docker • Creating and managing Docker images • Dockerfile optimization • Containerized application deployments • Kubernetes fundamentals • Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets • Understanding of pods, namespaces, health checks, and resource management • Experience deploying applications on AWS EKS is a strong requirement. The candidate should be capable of independently designing and implementing backend services and understanding the infrastructure required to run them in production. Preferred Candidate A strong candidate should be able to take a requirement from: Requirement → Database Design → API Design → Backend Implementation → Kafka/Event Processing → Frontend Integration → Docker → CI/CD → Kubernetes/EKS → Production Monitoring and independently own the feature through to production. Experience 4+ years of professional software development experience, with significant hands-on backend development experience in Java Spring Boot or Node.js.
