Freight Operations Executive- Male Candidates

**Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer enquiries through email, phone and CargoQuote. * Prepare quotations and obtain competitive airline/freight rates. * Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to final delivery. * Verify shipment documents, AWB/MAWB/HAWB details and cargo information. * Coordinate with customers, airlines, customs, transporters, warehouse and internal operations teams. * Follow up on customs clearance, delivery slots, cargo collection and shipment status. * Provide timely shipment updates to customers, including arrival, clearance, RCS and departure updates. * Coordinate payments, invoices, supplier bills and customer outstanding balances. * Prepare and maintain shipment records and required documentation. * Support the Operations and Event Logistics teams as required. **Requirements** * 2–4 years of experience in **freight forwarding, cargo or logistics**. * Experience in import/export and air cargo operations is preferred. * Good knowledge of shipment documentation and coordination. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong follow\-up, coordination and problem\-solving abilities. * Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Good command of English, both written and spoken. * **Male candidates are preferred.** * **Must be flexible and willing to work both day and night shifts, depending on operational requirements.** * Candidates currently in Qatar with a valid QID are preferred. **Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV.** Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Experience: * freight operation: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
