Officer -FREIGHT DIVISION

Location: Qatar Position: Officer – Projects Salary: QAR 7,000/\- per month (Full Package) JOB PURPOSE: To enhance client relationships and efficiently manage project logistics operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling local shipment movements Preparing daily/monthly and pending invoicing summary reports Arranging gate passes for deliveries in coordination with QG Coordinating with transport team / FTD drivers for daily deliveries Handling emergency orders Monitoring the operations team Sending Auto Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors Obtaining PO acknowledgements from vendors Expediting Purchase Orders Handling vendor queries with internal stakeholders Sending MDR (Material Discrepancy Reports) to vendors Following up on MDR responses and coordinating with stakeholders Running and analyzing MDR backlog reports Preparing export invoices and packing lists Preparing internal write\-offs for MDR Obtaining air vs. sea freight quotations Preparing airfreight forms and ensuring all approvals are completed before shipment Work Location: In person
