FP&A Analyst

Develop and maintain detailed expense forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional financial goals. Assist in the annual budgeting process, focusing on expense-related inputs and assumptions. Analyze expense trends and identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining operational efficiency. Provide actionable recommendations to reduce unnecessary spending and improve resource allocation. Prepare detailed expense reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for the regional head of FP&A and other stakeholders. Deliver insights on expense drivers, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making. Partner with functional leaders (e.g., operations, HR, IT) to monitor and manage their expense budgets. Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment on spending priorities and compliance with financial targets. Support the implementation and enforcement of expense policies and guidelines across the region. Monitor adherence to budgetary controls and flag potential issues or discrepancies. Conduct scenario modeling to assess the financial impact of potential changes in expense-related factors. Identify and communicate risks associated with variances or unplanned expenses. Contribute to broader FP&A projects, such as system implementations, process improvements, or strategic planning. Act as a subject matter expert for expense management within the regional FP&A team. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of expense data within financial systems. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of expense management workflows.
